March 17,18 & 19

Four-game Bracket
Teams will play 3 Pool Play games split between Friday and Saturday (please be ready to play as early as 8am on both days). All teams will advance to Sunday for Single Elimination playoff. Sunday games will conclude by 6pm.

All teams should be available for Sunday play. Teams planning flights should not book anything until late Sunday (after 8pm) or Monday.

Pricing Information:   

4 Game Guarantee:  Four game minimum (3 games in Pool Play to Single Elim Playoffs)

 3 Pool Play games split between Friday & Saturday (no MLB requests)

All Friday Pool Play games will take place between 8am-12pm or 5pm-10pm, leaving a gap in middle of day for MLB Games!

Gate Fees included for all venues excluding BLD (see Gate Fee icon for details)

Here’s what we need and need you to do:

Fee

Send $150 fee to Clint by Aug. 29^th, the $1000 entry fee has been pre paid to hold the spot, so it has been sent but we need reimbursement ASAP.

Hotel

This is a “Stay and Play Event”; meaning local hotel/casinos support the tournament to lower fees, in return they are required to be utilized.

Any rooms booked using reward points at a Triple Crown host property or through a third party provider (i.e. expedia, hotel planner, priceline or a travel agency) will not count towards OUR minimum night requirement.

Player Registration:

After we receive your check we will add the player to the Roster, in doing so Triple Crown Sports will email you for verification and to have you digitally sign a release.

Fee breakdown:

Entry Fee:  $1000 plus case of baseballs ($50)

Team Insurance: $200 – Mandatory

Second Jersey $225

Any funds remaining go into 406 account for next event.

Games start as early as 8 am Friday the 16^th of September and possibly run into the evening of the 18^th, please make sure your player is there for those times.

We will be considered a U-14 team, but so will all teams, they are using the 2017 birthday.

Team Vision

The goal of the 406 Elite is to offer young men the opportunity to compete against the most talented players and the highest level teams at national tournaments.  The team is built around discipline, teamwork, integrity, work ethic and respect of the game.  Players are expected to demonstrate these qualities not only in games but in practice and every day life.

The 406 Elite team is a platform from which players can excel alongside like minded, gifted, goal driven teammates while receiving the collegiate exposure need to possibly pursue further baseball dreams.  This team will also give players the opportunity to make lifelong friendships with similar players throughout the state of Montana and the country.
